Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation via email or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and other customers.PaymentPayment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.Our ServiceOur chimney sweeping service includes the removal of soot, creosote, debris, and other obstructions from your chimney flue and components. While we carry out visual inspections of the chimney and appliances, these are not full structural surveys, and we cannot guarantee that the chimney or appliance is completely free from faults. After every appointment, we provide Certificates of Sweeping for each chimney cleaned, free of charge. If a full written report is required, this can be provided for an additional fee.Preparing for Your AppointmentTo ensure a safe and efficient service, please do not use your appliance for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Ash, debris, and any loose items should be removed from the fire grate and hearth area. We ask that you clear at least six feet in front of the fireplace and move any furniture or delicate items to prevent accidental damage. Children and pets should be supervised in a separate room for the duration of the visit.Access and SafetyIt is your responsibility to provide safe and clear access to the chimney and work area. Certain jobs may require the use of ladders or access to lofts and roofs, and additional charges may apply for high or difficult-to-access locations. We take every precaution to avoid damage, but chimney sweeping is inherently dusty, and minor cosmetic marks may occur.Liability and InsuranceWe take great care to protect your home using covers, low-tack tape, and professional-grade equipment. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, incorrectly installed appliances, or age-related damage. Stainless steel liners, cowls, and chimney pots may fail due to wear and tear, and we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by their failure. If accidental damage is caused directly by our work, we will assess the situation and offer repair, replacement, or reasonable compensation at our discretion. For your peace of mind, we carry £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.Waste DisposalAll waste generated during our work will be taken with us unless you specifically ask for it to be left on site. We will always dispose of waste responsibly.
